Sartorial Musings

I learned all the most important things I know about food, fashion and culture from a mispent youth watching movies from the 30s and 40s. Of course I’ve picked up a few other things along the way, but my favorite looks are from that era. This is the spot where I’ll share my musings about men’s style and how to create your own personal look.

I live in New York City and like many New Yorkers have multiple roles — I run my vintage shop QP & Monty at Artists and Fleas in Williamsburg, Brooklyn on weekends; I’m a restaurant consultant and fashion stylist; and I provide marketing and brand image services to small business clients. Some may call me a renaissance man, but I’m really a cowboy at heart.

I look forward to embarking on this sartorial journey with you.
