This is the kind of weather that poses one of the greatest sartorial challenges. It ‘s cool in the morning, hot at midday and back to cool in the evening. It can be temperate outside and stuffy inside. Some shops only have fans running; some have the air conditioning at full blast. So what’s a guy to do?
Layering is the key of course, but it can be tricky.
You want to look pulled together, but not too buttoned up — especially on the weekend. You want to look contemporary, but not messy or inappropriate for your age.
Personally I like vests.
They keep your torso warm, but allow your arms to be free. They can add flair to your day or just provide you with extra pockets for your keys and other stuff you pick up along the way.
